No they are not.
Does Crane's have food too?
They sometimes have food trucks, or special events that food will be prepared there. They even had a BBQ. Check their Facebook page or follow Chris Meyers on Facebook. He is always posting their exciting events. I just found out that they will let you bring food in or have food delivered. Eventually, they will be serving food too, but it's a work in progress.
What's the alcohol content?
Crane Brewing Company offers a wide variety of fanatic beers, ranging in alcohol content. Many of the seasonal Weiss and Goses (sours) are sub 5% ABV, while they regularly produce IPAs, porters, common ales, and saisons with ABV between 5-8%. Additionally, special release and Barrel-Aged offerings have been anywhere between 4.x%-12%, as with their recently released Anniversary Stout. They may fill a growler on site, but it depends on how much of that certain beer they may have left. You can definitely get crowlers (32 oz) and 22oz bottles to go, but they don't have online sales.
